Course Bookings

 

Your place on a course is confirmed once payment has been received.

 

Digital Products and Online LearningDue to the nature of digital products, all digital purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted to the course or digital materials. This includes online courses, workshops, downloadable resources and any accompanying digital content.

Please ensure the course is suitable for your needs before purchasing.

 

If you have any questions, we are happy to help before you enrol.

 

Practical Training Dates

 

If your course includes a practical training session, you may rearrange your practical date by contacting us at least seven days before your scheduled training date, subject to availability.

 

Requests made with less than seven days' notice may not be accommodated.

 

Cancellations

 

If The Beauty Study Co needs to rearrange a course due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative date will be offered as soon as possible.

 

Course Access

 

Online course access is provided for the period stated on the course description. Access is for the named learner only and must not be shared, copied or distributed.

 

Intellectual Property

All course materials, manuals, videos, downloads and resources remain the intellectual property of The Beauty Study Co. Materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, uploaded, shared or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

 

Learner Responsibility

 

It is the learner's responsibility to ensure they meet any prerequisite qualifications, experience or entry requirements stated within the course description before booking. Learners are also responsible for ensuring they have sufficient time to complete any required online theory, practical assessments, case studies or coursework within the timescales provided. The Beauty Study Co cannot accept responsibility for bookings made where the stated prerequisites have not been met, and refunds will not be issued in these circumstances.

 

Certificates

 

Certificates will only be issued once all course requirements, assessments and any case studies (where applicable) have been successfully completed.

 

Liability

 

The Beauty Study Co accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from the use of information or techniques taught within our courses. Learners are responsible for ensuring they hold appropriate insurance and meet any legal or professional requirements before offering treatments to clients.
